Q11. Discuss the liability of state for the torts committed by it’s servents. Answer with the help of leading case law. – अपने नौकरों द्वारा किए गए अपकृत्यों के लिए राज्य के दायित्व पर चर्चा करें। अग्रणी केस कानून की सहायता से उत्तर दें।
